HORSE LORDS This Baltimore quartet mixes egghead notions (just intonation, minimalist repetitions) with gangly guitar, art-blurt sax, and West African grooves, with infectious results; for proof, lend an ear to "Truthers," the preview cut from new LP "Interventions."
